How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 10:00 PM are typically processed the same day. Depending on your location, standard delivery takes 1-3 business days within the Netherlands and 3-7 business days for international shipping.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all Quotrell tags still attached.

How do I determine my size?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our clothing generally follows a slim-fit silhouette; if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size up.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of secure payment options including iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Klarna (Pay Later), and all major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, you can exchange items within 14 days. Simply indicate the desired size on your return form. If the size is in stock, we will ship the replacement once your return is processed.

How should I care for my Quotrell garments?

To maintain the quality of the fabrics and prints, we recommend washing your items inside out at 30°C and avoiding the use of a tumble dryer.
